Very dissapointed with the Shrewsbury Town fans on their forum, they all seem very reasonable and have wished the lad well on his move to the Albion, not a single homophobic comment calling us all a bunch of benders or besmirching the Albion in any way!? All very pleasant and wellwishing, flippin Shropshire do-gooders.

I've spoken to a few people and it's pretty safe to say it's 500k deal altogether plus a small sell on clause.
I am a bit annoyed that you've got him so cheaply.
I think it is great that we are signing these players on long contracts, I know it can be a bit of a risk if they not up scratch, but a good team needs time to gel. Hopefully not being loan players they will feel more responsibility towards each other and the team as they can't go back to their parents clubs if it all goes tits up. I don't think having so many loans last year help our situation any. I not saying that all loan players don't give a monkeys, we have obviously benefited with some but I don't think they should make up such a large proportion of the team.
Also big respect to Shrew's fans showing some real class with their comments on Facebook wishing this lad well. I'm sure they are as disappointed as we will be when/if Dunk goes. Hope they have a great season.

How much did you get for both of them?
It could be worse, we released £9 million Andre Gray as "he was not good enough" and Premier League Marc Pugh for the same reason. At least we have got something for Goldson.........
