I won't, club captain moves for the money doesn't deserve a clap IMO.

i really fail to see how hammond is on significantly more than he was offered here - especially if knights offer is to be believed

They're not *actually* relegated yet.

12 points, 4 games remaining. If Wednesday lose their last 4 games 2-0 and Colchester win their last 4 2-0, they'll be level on points with a goal difference 2 greater that Wednesday.

What? It COULD happen! :jester:

Oh - and Leicester would need to lose their last 4 too.

Although they are yet to play Wednesday.

Ignore me. As you were. Colchester ARE relegated.

I won't boo Hammond that's for sure, but he certainly won't be getting the same warm response from me that Alex Revell got last night.

According to a reliable club source, he got four times the amount his current wages were.

Then who can blame him ? Anyone offer me four times my wages I would be off like a shot, and I think the same would go for the majority on here.
We can boo him all we like, but at the end of day we all go to work for one thing.

More money yes and aren't they moving into a new stadium next season? Good reasons but it was probably down to the agent. Short term gain. Still they may be a force next season. I don't like to see any of our good home grown players leave but what can we do at the moment? It'll be different when the Falmer Stadium of Dreams is built.
