What skills or resources do parents (or more likely a parent) from Whitehawk have to deal with this sort of delinquency ?

They're not all retards divorced from modern life like some "Escape from New York" film. Proper parenting from when the child is born with the same resources as every other parent.

Actually some people don't know how to connect and raise their own children. My mates sister who does social work said that some people, usually young couples from poorer areas actually have to have guidance lessons in how to care for and love their own children because they just don't have the social and adult skills to deal with it.

and those people are getting help via social workers, the rest are deemed able to raise kids like every other parent.

Just because you live in Whitehawk or some other deprived area does not absolve you from your parental resonsibility and most parents are decent parents who do a good job.

It's not society - it's bad parenting by bad parents.

Part of that problem is that THEIR parents brought them up the same way. Still, I don't see why society as a whole is to blame, only certain elements who frankly are too stupid to use contraception a lot of the time.

I was brought up on benefits by one parent, I have three siblings all within 3 years age difference of me. My Mum brought up the four of us on her own, we never had any money, never went on holiday etc etc. I, nor any of my siblings ever felt the need to behave like this, because we were brought up properly and taught right from wrong. Nothing to do with society, bad parenting is to blame for these twats.
