If they all left from- Withdean, which they dont, the quickest way is A27 -then A36 I think it is to Salisbury then to Bath and Bristol.

Suprisingly RAC Route finder and others never say M25 then join M4 they all say M25 - M3 then through Bagshot to join M4 at Jct 10.

The A36 is never the quickest way to get anywhere... FACT !!

I can confirm, I have done the South Wales to Brighton trip, and return of course for the last 25 years, and having tried EVERY way humanly possible, the only way to do it is, the M4, M25, M23.

I have not read every post, so I am not aware of everyones thoughts on this.
