If they all left from- Withdean, which they dont, the quickest way is A27 -then A36 I think it is to Salisbury then to Bath and Bristol.

Suprisingly RAC Route finder and others never say M25 then join M4 they all say M25 - M3 then through Bagshot to join M4 at Jct 10.

I used to go that way to Hereford. Cuts miles off the corner using M25/M4...
