The Fatherland
Fairly typical bunch of climate change denying gammons there.

I’m willing to bet single as well given the state of them.

Good on the paper.

People need to take a good hard look set themselves.

Education needs to be funded more.

The Argus comments section has a whole freakshow of serial trolls

The Argus comments make NSC look like mumsnet.

Always get the pringles out when there's a story about an unemployed council tenant.....

Social media is a cesspit.

It appears #BeKind has been forgotten all too quickly.

There's no place for trolls regardless of political affiliation.

Whether left or right, a plague on both your houses.

Me meanwhile, thinks Greta has as much charisma as a turd.

what you mean by this is that you don't like her, or for whatever reason don't agree with what she's saying

considering that, as a teenager, she's mobilised mass protests across the globe each of them attended by hundreds of thousands of people, she clearly has charisma

I’m willing to bet single as well given the state of them.

I took a quick look and had an instant mental picture of several NSC posters, some now banned.

When the first humans emerged, they shared the planet with Neanderthals for probably thousands of years .There was even a bit of interbreeding . Eventually the Neanderthals, being a bit thick, died out. An amount of their genetic material does still exist among our gene pool, though. Sometimes I wonder whether this is the reason why some 'humans' (a minority) have thought and behaviour patterns that I find, franky, alien. You wouldn't want them in your house, even to unblock the toilet or change a lock, would you? ???

PPF has been banned for a month. You are replying to the parody account set up to mock him. The fact that you think it is the real Droopy Rectum is justification enough for the existence of the parody account :lolol:

If he was banned for spouting crap, why is a parody account given a free pass to post the same nonsense?

I'd rather all posts of this type were vetted. Better moderation needed.

Excellent. One of the main problems with social media and the hatred spewed forth from therein is the cloak of anonymity. Calling them out and naming and shaming is one of the only ways people will learn that online actions have consequences just as offline actions do.

Although in this case they were posting using their real names and photos of themselves. If they’d used a pseudonym and VPN they’d have been untraceable to the Bristol Post.

Social media has, for over a decade, been a place where people vent their spleens against those in the public eye they dislike. It comes from all directions, all types of people, and some of the worst offenders have blue ticks on Twitter. The only surprise about this particular case is that people are surprised about it.
