After reading had a quick look at some of his other posts. They do read very very looney tunes. Like a reigned in version but still recognisable.

I think you may be right here.Question is, is this new persona Looney Lite or will he lose it like the old Looney and show his true colours (or as true as anything the Looney alter ego ever posted.)

Anyway this new incantation is probably best ignored. Two posts on this thread and he hasn't managed to add anything of worth.

So many pages and so many issues avoided.

Firstly what Bristol live is doing is Doxxing or Catfishing or both(Something NSC has form for), its better headline would be "These are the sort of people who read our Rag". As for the comments a lot are not credable threats "Burn her at the stake" as well as a "ready the milkshakes" comment which is something a lot of you have posted in favour of in the past, Hypocrisy?

This is quite an interesting and revealing article written by Greta's mother. It gives a portrayal of the realities of Greta's autism beyond it merely being a label she is identified with.

Bullying and ridicule are things she's been confronted with long before she became an activist the effects of which drove not only Greta but also her parents to absolute despair. This article also highlights her relationship with school and makes it clear that there were also a lot of underlying reasons behind her motivation to skip school to start protesting. Many children who have faced the same problems as Greta do not have such an outlet and go down much darker paths.

Greta has managed to turn her experiences into something positive as well as it being an obvious coping mechanism.

The men who think it is ok to attack Greta in the manner that they have should be made to be aware of the real potential effects of their online bullying and if they are given a small taste of their own medicine it might help them to understand its real effects on people's lives especially those who are already emotionally fragile.

So out of the billion or so cyber bullies out there (and in here) you unvail a few and then what?

By this logic why bother asking the police to catch people who nick stuff? People nick stuff all the time.

Listening to the Radio this morning, some young children are getting so worked up about Climate change, it's giving them stress and nightmares.

I guess this means we should start doing things to solve the crisis then? I'm delighted you're in the "hurry up and start sorting this out" camp on this one.

Come along now, you know the only child that matters is Greta.

Forgive me if I've missed it but you still haven't told us what you think Greta is lecturing us on, as you were asked to yesterday. When are you planning on getting round to that exactly?

Whataboutery is a term used by people who are too spineless to admit to their own hypocrisy.

Wrong. Whataboutery is the practice of avoiding engaging with an argument by means of deflecting attention onto another issue in the hope of being able to talk about that rather than the issue at hand. Therefore what you cite as whataboutery is not accurate, but what you are accused of is 100% whataboutery.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for posting this, I haven't finished reading but it is a fascinating sorry. I would love to read her mum's book. I have 3 children on the spectrum and can relate.

My son is constantly perplexed as the way us Neuro typicals treat other people, especially online. Unfortunately I have no explanation for him.

Genuinely sad to see that the usual gammony sad acts on here would rather have a pop at a 17 year old girl than the men threatening to rape a 17 year old girl.

IF it is the original (and worst) Looney, then without a doubt. He can not help himself. Looking forward to finding out.
