For a novice who's never done this before, how does the whole charity fundraising thing work? You choose one and do it off your own back?

Why not run for REMF?

It was restricted to the first 1,000 people from BN signing up.

They've probably gone, there was only a limited amount of them within the 10,000 general entries.

Amazing, I would be chuffed to bits if I raised anywhere near that amount!

Me too Signed up yesterday in a moment of weakness at work, can't quite believe what i've let myself in for. Furthest I've run before is about eight miles, dear GOD.

Going to do it for Help For Heroes. I have no idea what a reasonable time would be, frankly I will be grateful just to get to the finish line and still have a pulse
