Last year was my first and I said I would probably volunteer, and those views were re-inforced after I hit the wall at 20 miles...

I'm now paid up for 2011.

I think we must all be mad. :smile:

I see it as a challenge though, and will be hoping to raise some good money for two fantastic causes close to my heart (Cancer Research and The Alzheimers Society).

I'm in the same boat, my plan is to raise as much money as possible off my own back and via whatever means, then simply make the relevant donation(s) once I've done the race.
