Im sorry but that last post made me laugh more than it should of
That's another thing. Two weeks ago, I felt like an absolute mess. I was feeling the effects of a virus I couldn't shake off and every run was a trial. Yet today, I finished my 4.9 mile course so quickly that I wished I'd run it faster from the start, and I ran it carrying weights!I'm with you on this. I did a quick short run yesterday. I'm feeling quite fit at the moment and I think mentally I know the shorter distances are relatively easy so I just power away from the off.
Now idea what to listen to on my ipod though
well hot chip album did the trick for me today followed by artic monkeys, then i puked my guts up. ho hum
