I’m not sure that’s conclusive. They certainly didn’t draw the line from the ball. They definitely didn’t give any indication on the TV that that was the case.

The number of players shouldn't affect the length of the check anything like as much as the degree of offside. In this case, based on the lines, he was about a foot offside, should take no more than 30 seconds, if that.
