Is it just me, or did the lines drawn there look like they were in line with the defenders' feet, and not the ball (which was further ahead)?

Based on the lines it was clearly offside, so why did it take so long?
2 players they checked - the one on the far side and the one by Gross

We need much more clarity on what that decision was. They didn’t seem to draw the line from where the ball was.

Quite honestly, it looked plainly onside to me.
