What a game.
Told you. Don't trust the process, trust the shirt.I'm feeling optimistic about this one.
After the Forest game I retired my long-serving and clearly no longer lucky t-shirt. (To be honest, I'd had my doubts about its powers to bestow good fortune since Rome last year. Sorry, I should have acted sooner.) Since then we've scored nine goals and our opponents have scored none.
Others have ascribed this improvement to FH's changed tactics, better midfield options being available, Mitoma and Minteh regaining their missing mojo, or just Chelsea and Southampton being rubbish. But to me it seems that a much more important factor is my substitute lucky t-shirt staking its claim to be the first item of clothing on the team sheet.
Tonight will be a sterner test for the new lucky t-shirt, but I have faith in it.
Booo. Too little intensity. Those playing bingo:

Webby for me.Close for MOTM between Bart and JPVH
I'm not a fan, but he reffed the game really well. As in, gave us our pen and didn't make any stupid decisions.First home win with Oliver as ref?

Hope Bournemouth get a place in Europe as long as we join them of course.Great result tonight… We had to dig in deep at times (as they did) but I thought we just about edged it.
Credit to Bournemouth. They are a very good side and you can see why they are where they are. 6 points from them this season is a fantastic achievement.
I don't think it would've been!If the Mitoma shot had gone in it would have been 3 or 4 . such is the way that football works out
Superb coach who I’ve liked a while, his teams play good stuff.Impressed by Iraola’s interview.
Good coach. Nice guy![]()
Both games against Bournemouth we've had a slice of luck to win. Also see Newcastle away, and probably a few others I can't think of right now.Very scrappy game which really could’ve gone either way. I think in fact they edged it, given how much stronger their second half was to our first half. I think we were rather fortunate to get all three points, but when you’re on a good run you get these little moments.
They’re a good side and you can see why they are where they are in the league. Justin Kluivert is some player, couple of brilliant dribbles and his goal was sublime.
You can see they are bare bones at centre back, and it was James Hill who was out of position for Welbeck’s excellently taken winning goal. Brilliant assist from Georginio who always looks like the one to make something happen.
My MOTM was Adam Webster who I thought was superb tonight and has barely put a foot wrong since his return to the side. At this stage I’d be picking him over Dunk presently, the first time I’ve felt that way.
Couple of superb saves from Verbruggen, one in particular from Dango (unchained) at 1-1 which completely changed the outcome. Looks very, very dodgy on crosses but his shot stopping is generally excellent.
Referee decent on the whole. I’m glad he gave the penalty in real time, because I don’t think we’d have had that given by VAR, but there wasn’t enough to overturn it either. Was tearing what’s left of my hair out with the extra stoppage time after Bart’s knock.
Very hard fought win against a good side, and for all the games we’ve deserved to win and thrown away earlier in the season, this is one we can consider ourselves rather fortunate to cling on to.
They were but they came too late. He should have made them well before then as Bournemouth were well on top before they scored. Another day and that slow reaction to what is going on will cost us pointsWell done to everyone. Managers changes were spot on
