Was expecting a response from the woke collective and, as a fellow wokey, agree although I'd add that they're not necessarily a result of Brexit.
In terms of staffing, you just get them from outside the EU (you'll find that the past year has had the highest immigration on record)
In terms of money, it can still be spent on the NHS despite Brexit -- irrespective of whether the pie is smaller (you just need to raise more money elsewhere) . Our government continues to choose not to.

NHS trusts in England have increased recruitment from low-income “red list” countries to make up for the post-Brexit loss of EU staff, despite a code of practice to safeguard health services in those developing countries. A report by the Nuffield Trust thinktank also identified shortages in vital specialist areas since Brexit, including dentistry, cardiothoracic surgery and anaesthesiology.
The report says that since 2021, the Northern Ireland protocol obliging EU trade rules to be followed in the region has led to a different set of medicines being available compared with the rest of the UK. Of the 597 products specifically approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency since Brexit, “only eight were also approved for Northern Ireland under the same name and company”.

As an aside. To protect us from a potential hard Brexit (and no agreement on settled people) we were proactively sent a letter and invited to apply to the ausländerbehörde for a live/work in-perpetuity visa years in advance of 2021. The whole process from start to end was 45 minutes.…30 of those were sat waiting for them to return my passport with my new visa. All my paperwork is in place!Why, what have you done ?

On the one point of just getting them from outside the EU, we already did that, but there is an added cost to recruiting from outside the EU, or even inside the EU now, as opposed to recruiting from the EU when we were members. Estimated to cost almost £17,000 per overseas nurse currently.

You could at least try to highlight a benefit or make an argument for why you so desperately wanted this massive act of national self harm before you run off. Or maybe explain your solution to the Northern Ireland problem, or our complete inability to implement import controls or control our borders, because you've put forward such well informed, reasoned and logical cases over the years
It is the Brexit thread for discussion about Brexit after all, and I'm sure it can't be that you have absolutely nothing to contribute.
