I wonder what the 50p gain is? JCFC's cheaper wine and tampons ? :lolol:

I don't wish to appear pedantic, but I believe Westdene Seagull was the first to highlight the tampon savings in his list of Brexit benefits, together with the VAT cuts on Gas and Electricity ...... oh

Excellent.

Brexit will become even more disasterous for the people - speeding up our re-entry into the Single Market sunny uplands.

Every pound spent on roaming charges, every minute queuing in the slow queue at European immigration, every blunder by Lord Frost... the Single Market gets closer.

So basically a Brexiter who's vote was bought on the premise we can have all the benefits of EU membership outside the EU because we hold all the cards is posting an article that the UK / EU relationship is now at crisis point somehow supports their position...???

I know you do it on purpose but you're misrepresenting the point I was making - that while in the EU we didn't have complete control over our VAT policy. Now we've left we do.

It's rather pathetic that you, not for the first time, mention me to try and get me drawn back into this now tiresome remainer echo chamber. We've left - get over it and go and spend the savings you'll make on Mrs Wz's tampons on the price rise in beer at the end of the Black Lion bar.

I just didn't want someone else taking the credit for the Brexit benefit that you highlighted.

And I am over it. I just wish that this Government would simply implement their 'Oven Ready Great Brexit Deal' and stop trying to go back and re-open the Brexit negotiations, and all that entails. Maybe implement the Northern Ireland Protocol they came up with and put some Import controls in place. I'm sure that keeping on trying re-open the BREXIT negotiations wasn't what you wanted when you voted for it and then voted for Johnson to implement it, was it ?

I'm sure you simply wanted to GET BREXIT DONE

No, You are pathetic because you have neither the honesty to admit it was or mistake or demand the brexit promises from those that promised them NOR the balls to defend the pro brexit position.

Tiresome = "remainer" "we've left" "get over it"
