Don't worry, if we put up more Union flags and try to start a fish war with France it delays and deflects people from seeing what has actually happened !..... Johnson has to keep spinning more plates !

The French have behaved in an exemplary manner during all this, why would we wish to disagree with such fairness?

How's the jobhunting going ?

Trust me, Friday night is party night when you have a job

No time for partyin', early night after the Rangers/Forest game.

Up early on the road to support my team.

Pity you couldn't meet me at Burnley to enjoy Brexit over a Dubonnet.

I take it the job hunting isn't going well, but keep trying. there are LOADS and LOADS of minimum wage jobs since we left the EU, I understand that they are so desperate you'd have to be a complete idiot not to land one

You do seem to getting curiously more Baker lite ish now with your despairing invitations (not that I remember it) . Maybe the two of you could meet up, you seem well matched, you both support the Albion and are desperate for friends. It could be a match made in heaven

I have to say this has got me thinking

Slightly off topic (re your comments and info provided on another thread) but if it's not too much trouble could you inform us if the primary/registration IP address for the account The Clamp is 'unique'?
Shared with one other account, but that isn't unusual. I clicked in the first of your own list of IP addresses, for example, and it is the Registration IP of 4 different NSC accounts.

What if the other 4 accounts registered at the same IP address as JC Footy Genius were pastafarian, Baker lite, beorhthelm and You ?

That would be hilarious, even if not a complete surprise to some :lolol:

Can you just imagine what it would be like if Johnson hadn't stepped forward to 'Get Brexit Done?' :shootself

I expect President Biden has got bigger fish to fry than worry about a spat about fishing rights in the English Channel. Regardless, that little statement isn't too cryptic to figure out. A humiliating slap in the face with a wet fish to Johnson. Will Liz Truss SUMMON the US Ambassador and DEMAND an explanation though?

If you would take a day off from continually siding with absolutely anyone against the UK side there would probably be less division ...

And on the subject of Brexit, on the Brexit thread, What do you think should replace the Northern Ireland Protocol that you campaigned and voted for and now want to get rid of ?

When you grow up you will realise that there are political statements and then there are political statements.

After the humiliation of France curtesy of Biden’s approval of the Australian submarine deal, I suspect some warm words in a tweet was the least he could do to help heal the division caused and provide Macron with a boost in his election year.

Your political naivety is cute, but my advice is that it’s always better to focus on actions not words.

It's because Johnson's 'Oven ready deal' is completely unimplementable, has been all along, and they have to try and keep the Brexit negotiations going for as long as possible in order to hide that inconvenient fact from the Leave brigade. (Some of whom already appear to have spotted the blindingly obvious). If only someone could have seen this coming for the last 6 years and highlighted it :lolol:

Meanwhile, the Brexiteer dregs contribute absolutely nothing with their posts, other than gratuitously confirming their complete and utter idiocy :dunce:
