See if you can guess who was posting on NSC yesterday ?

It was someone who very rarely posts these days. It's a shame they so rarely post these days as they were very amusing (much like yourself) but I suspect, that if truth is known, they are still a bit embarrassed at some of the silly stuff they used to post.

I'm sure you two would get on like a house on fire, but it's unfortunate that you never seem to be logged on at the same time

You really are a plum. You think far too much for someone of your capacity.

Does anyone take anything seriously from that comic?

So you believe the British Government are lying on Freedom of Information requests (which is illegal) and the chairman of Tesco knows nothing about how food retail works?

I hope you're stockpiling then.

Have been for the last 6 months, nearly complete now. I'll be fine thanks.

Same here, been buying up anything with a long shelf life than I expect to get hammered by tariffs. Its amazing how much we import when you start looking into it

I deal with a lot of SME's, starting to see companies make real contingency to establish EU channels to avoid tariffs barriers. Government hasn't a clue how much tax take will be lost, they don't live in the real world.

One of the regular problems that might well be magnified by Brexit is our famous British weather, if we get a cold snap for a week or two then there will be food shortages if farmers can't get their crops out of the ground.

The old solution to this would normally be to buy up veg from southern Europe and get it here in a few days.

Oh no, we're gonna starve!

Now that you appear to have calmed down and you're back to your one liners, can you thumbs up all my posts you missed when you were angry ? Thanks

(I was going to say you'll never guess who posted on here while you were away, but after your reaction earlier, I think I'll leave it)

Well breaking the law is one of things he is good at

The Guardian is comical? Not nearly as funny as Brexiteers falling for a load of bullshit, realising and understanding they have fallen for bullshit, and continue supporting the bullshit. That's extremely comical.

Unfortunately there is a very, very real chance that many of the poorest in society actually might. If you'd bothered to read the linked piece you prefer to bat away because it doesn't agree with your viewpoint you might begin to understand why and how.

This is what I don't get. I'm assuming you didn't vote Leave because you wanted to see people going hungry unnecessarily, right? Only that's what will happen, at the hands of a Government acting in your name. You're the ones who are going to end up being judged by this, you should be out there furious at what will happen in your name. Instead you either defend it or bury your head in the sand. It's bizarre.

Revealing if not surprising to see that your approach to this possible shortfall is to 'pull the ladder up Jack, I'm OK' by stripping the shelves and stockpiling.

This will no doubt result in the elderly and other vulnerable folks going short due to your selfish greed.

Still, so long as you're happy.
