Do dry your nappy. It's all over now only 3 months

You do understand that it actually STARTS in 3 months time ? Up until now we have been operating exactly the same way as we were when a member of the EU.

Nothing actually changed when you got your tea towel and 50p Piece (shame about the Bong but don't believe everything you're told)

I may well be incorrect, but had the above sulkers not sabotaged, delayed and scuppered then the deal was done, irrespective of BoJo.

I may be wrong though. :moo:

A true case of be careful what you wish for.

Their beef was having no deal on the table, and since it has now transpired that was the plan all along they should feel vindicated

Was this the reason that the deal on the table was rejected on more than one occasion by the sage and wise in Parliament?

No. The deal was rejected for various reasons by various people (astonishing as this might appear to many of our pro-Brexit commentariat, people are capable of independent thought around this issue). But as I recall the deal was eventually passed by Parliament?

Yep. It's astonishing people seem to think Brexit is an event, and not a process.

This is what makes me think maybe No Deal is the best option now we have to end transition. Let them see it fail in front of their own eyes, then it might sink in that actually they've been sold a pup. Although some will probably never want to see it. Maybe then some will realise it's nothing to do with their bogeymen like Bercow and Corbyn and Starmer and that actually it was just a really, really shit idea peddled by snake-oil salesmen.

Cameron campaigned to remain so the electorate would vote leave, it was deliberate reverse psychology

Some next level stupid rattling around in your noggin there

There's no oven ready deal, there never was,

Um, we had the oven ready deal, its been and gone. It was the Withdrawal Agreement.
Bloody delicious it was.

Here is a pre-election video where Boris explains the metaphor of getting a working majority at the upcoming election and finally getting his “oven ready deal” (The withdrawal Agreement) passed and through parliament.

There is even some text to go with video for the hard of learning like you explaining how it’s relevant to the upcoming election as Boris makes a final bid to the electorate before voting. How on earth a handful of you cannot understand that the oven ready deal was the Withdrawal Agreement is beyond comprehension.

Now where have I seen that video before…….oh yeah, you actually managed to post it yourself today……..and still didn’t understand.

How people believe the UK lost its sovereignty is beyond comprehension, and still do despite, even the Tories admitting that was never the case. Its a cluster**** and Brexiteers can see it, but thin skins are in danger.

Obviously anyone with a modicum of common sense recognised it for the patronising tripe it was. However, there are a significant number of posters on this thread who didn't, and are now going to get the fingers burnt trying to follow Johnson's saddeningly pathetic lead in 'oven ready' tripe.

I really don't need to name them do I ?

Ha! Your attempt to rile is laughable. Yeah I voted for Boris at the last election because I wanted an end to the ridiculous impasse that the country was stuck in. Did I ever think that Brexit was actually a good idea? Never.

Am I going to feel any pain from what happens in the next six months or five years? No. I got my Brexit defeat from the original referendum in 2016 watching the pound lose twenty per cent of its value overnight. So the fact you wish to point and blame me for what has happened since is of no consequence to me, I can just watch from afar as you whinge and whine. I can also apportion my own blame to Cameron for calling the referendum, and just as importantly the coward Corbyn for never having the balls to actually oppose Brexit, instead choosing to sit on the sidelines sniping..

So Watford, please continue to deflect, accuse, blame all you like. I will just continue to watch the car crash unfolding in front of me thinking, ‘told you so’.

So you vote to f*** everything up for everyone else and take a warped pride in what you've done ? Do you ever wonder why your friends and family thought moving to the other side of the world would be good for you ? (Don't worry, you can always spend every wakening moment on a website all about everything you left behind, so you won't miss anything).

I obviously haven't riled you at all :lolol:

So, when he said 'oven ready deal'. he didn't mean 'oven ready deal', he meant 'oven ready withdrawal agreement'. He still had no idea what the 'oven ready deal' would be ?

I wish I had your insight into what he meant, because i get always get thrown by when he actually says something else entirely

But to be fair, you and your little gang of anarchists are the only ones who actually knew what they were voting for, unlike the racists, morons, Irish Loyalists and Westdene Seagull (I really don't know what he's doing there either:shrug:) because let's be honest, as it's become more and more obvious, that's what we're left with.

So congratulations on actually getting the complete and utter disaster that you were hoping for when you voted

Its was obvious, except to a tiny few, including you it seems that the oven ready deal, talked about pre-election was the withdrawal deal (The Withdrawal Agreement)

How on earth did you miss this being mentioned pre-election

If you dont think it was The Withdrawal Deal being referred to, simply say what deal you thought was oven ready in the months leading up to the election and ready to be put through and passed by parliament, at a period in time before membership had ended and before formal trade talks had even been commenced.
Come on, dont be shy.

EDIT : lol, beat your edit, you are slacking

OK, just for the idiots umong us, we had a general election last december and voted in Boris's UKiP party because he had an 'oven reafy' withdrawal agreement which was a rehashed version of an already agreed withdrawal agreement which basically meant a 1 year extension to article 50 and gave UKiP carte blanche to agree any sort of exit they so wished without electorate or parliamentary ratification?

I see now. By calling the 'withdrawal agreement' , the 'withdrawal deal', then you're only a couple more steps from claiming it is 'the oven ready deal'.

Still desperately trying to defend a load of complete and utter bollocks though :lolol:

No, what happened was the UK electorate had enough of undemocratic loons in Parliament and said enough is enough, the rest is history

So....the British Public ejected the undemocratic MP loons and voted in who exactly? Daleks?

What system do we now have that is no longer a parliamentary democrasy? I must have missed the transition.

Also, what now is History? We still haven't 'left' yet till January. We are still in suspended animation.

I normally admire your insights but this one doesn't seem to be quite oven ready.

Apologies if I'm talking to the cat again
