One issue for Leavers is that there are some who insist we leave with a deal and wouldn't want to leave without one and others who demand we leave without a deal and believe a softer Brexit does not represent 'leaving' at all, and then there's all shades of opinion between these two extremes.... No blame attached to their ignorance (no options were on the ballot paper) but it clearly isn't a simple binary choice. There may be many who simply wish to leave and are not bothered whether it is 'hard' or 'soft' but there is no evidence to suggest they are in the majority....
what makes you so high and mighty to claim peoples ignorance on voting leave? , typical arrogant attitude that got shoved up your arse at the ballot box:wave:

More charismatic than David Davis :lolol:

Another one who bizarrely thought himself worthy to lead a major political party.

Not just a Tory thing, boring Chris (later convicted) Hulne fought a battle to be LibDems leader.

But in comparison to the clowns jockeying for the top job now now and based on his 4 years service as FCO Secretary since 1997-2001, he still looks a complete international statesman compared to today's average Tory.

Foil that 'arrogant' attitude with a sensible response, and people may not think youre a nitwit. I wont be holding my breath though.

William Hague would look a complete liberal compared to todays average Tory, mind you he has kept well out of all this infighting.

Hague was fairly outspoken critic of the EU, probably just for political gain though, as he voted to remain. For me that's been a part of the issue that has led us here, domestic Politicians waving a fist at the EU far too often, just for appearances to domestic audiences.

Every Tory Party leader since Heath has "waved their fist" just to keep the Eurosceptics sweet. And the UK might have gotten away with it were it not for the meddling kippers.

DD’s got the same mindset and view of the world as those other jockeys, but being quiety spoken, comes across as gentler.
