This not only demonstrates woeful debating skills, but ignores the points I make about the EU, simply in order to make a personal attack.

Now, for the record I don’t mind a personal attack, this thread used to have “name calling” in its title but I’m pretty sure I was removed for 18 months from the thread upsetting some of the thin skinned on here because I referred to them rightly as Tories........so don’t go complaining to Teacher because you don’t like it back.

I don't do assumptions. I do years and years of working in the Technology sector and recognising personality traits. That's what I do.

And I certainly don't think socialist views are somehow incompatible with a certain type of occupation. I'm sure that a man as principled and passionate as yourself, regales everyone at your chosen workplace with your socialist views constantly ???

'Bankfurt', Paris await Brexit boom as banks stay loyal to London

LONDON/FRANKFURT (Reuters) - In Frankfurt and Paris, the flood of banking jobs predicted to arrive after Brexit is, for now, little more than a trickle.

An analysis of job postings on eight of the world’s major investment bank websites show a modest push to recruit staff in other European cities but little to suggest London is set for a rapid demise as the region’s top banking hub.

Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, UBS, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank are seeking to fill 1,545 new roles in Britain, numbers up to January 22 show.

In Germany and France - the two countries predicted to see the biggest influx of financial services from Britain as a result of Brexit - just 301 roles have been listed.

In 2016 the car maker said it would build the X-Trail SUV in Sunderland after receiving "assurances" from the government over Brexit. The company is expected to say investment will be now be pulled, rather than existing work being halted.”BBC

The town voted leave so I guess you reap what you sow. Real shame for those impacted over time up there, no one winning

They are all getting excited over the thousands of job losses. Funny how none of them say anything about the record low unemployment, good news must grate I suppose
