These confectionary threads got me thinking of the shop I used to buy my sweets in in the 60’s. Griggs at 4 Clyde Road. Also bought foreign stamps, bubble gum cards (Mars Attacks being my favourites) and all sorts of other stuff. The Photo shows David Grigg the owner exactly as I remember him.
