I’ve been using the air fryer recently and it comes up a treat
Have a go at micowaving bacon - surprisingly good.
Just layer each slice between a sheet of paper towel.
Fat goes crispy, meat stays moist.
I fry it but add no oil to the pan (get pan v hot first).....and yes, has be crispy. Streaky bacon cooks much crispier than back. Leave for a minute or two on kitchen roll after cooking to crisp up even more [emoji16]

Two slices of bread, unbuttered, or two slices of buttered toast? Ketchup or no ketchup?
Never have ketchup, are you insane? It’s HP with bacon. And no imposters, got to be the real thing. I literally score establishments on that basis, including feedback to the management.
