Depending on the time of day, but something like this :
Mug of tea first thing in the morning, then a bit of Rosie Lee with breakfast (toast and marmalade or full English), cuppa around elevenish with biscuits (Garabaldi/Rich Tea etc), ditto about 4.00pm. I also like tea with a big plate of egg and chips. Marvellous!

1) bacon sandwiches; and
2) bad news.
