In my computer
Was dragged once to an All About Eve gig having not a clue about them but being told Marty Wilson Piper was playing with them (being a Church fan)... I was hugely pleasantly suprised by Julianne Reagan, if you haven't heard her, do yourself a favour with Marthas Harbour...

Can't believe the wonderful Linda Ronstadt hasn't been mentioned yet.
Plus Dusty, Eva Cassidy, Bonnie Raitt, Carole King and Etta James

May I suggest who it's NOT after last nights BBC offering......... Sophie Ellis Bextor! Bland, pitchy and don't get me started on the one leg hop dance move. Turned off after 5 mins.

I saw Sonia Christina with Curved Air at the Dome in the early 70s. Stuart Copeland on drums.

She was absolutely embarrassing. It was shocking. Laughable.

Still, it was heartwarming to see her gain a modicum of respectability, later in life, as frequent guest on the Clive James show:

Alright, since @Wozza has gone for an actual best, now. I will go for an actual best, now. I saw her live a couple of years ago and her voice is perfect. Insane.

This is unadulterated. The bloke who sings on it is stunning too

She also does an octave split - and can do it live too. I'll post something in a bit.
