Just had an e mail back from Sally Townend at the club in which she says that the 10% discount is only given if payment made on the e card and not cash with a retrospective discount. So that clears that up.

Not true.

Done it over 10 times and so has my dad.

Why are you emailing her? They will now probably stop that thanks to YOU.

Have paid cash most times at wsu kiosks and every time have had 10% cashback put onto my card since the Amex opened

Nobody could give a definite answer to my query on here so decided to go to the source to find out the correct answer, is that wrong, if they stop it so be it as it shouldnt be being given in the first place so just count yourself lucky to have received what you have.
