Awful scenes. Some poor kids have been killed, let’s throw bricks at the police
What did you tell them?Told you @carlzeiss @Giraffe
That the right would take over what should be a peaceful vigilWhat did you tell them?
Absolute snide, opportunist scum.Shocking scenes. Imagine there are scared traumatized children throughout this community, getting ready for bed, needing reassurance from parents and this lot decide to riot. No words. As if the tragedy itself wasn’t enough for a lifetime.
Im with the families, friends and general public who let it be known to the Prime-minister their feelings, that this has to stop and that the fear of punishment and consequences has eroded from our society. What are they protesting?
The truth is always in the middle actually, the police are “currently not treating“ the attack as terror related, which is the sensible statement about eliminating reasons.Tony or whoever he is has called the suspect a terrorist when the police have made it clear it wasn’t terrorism.

You’ve no idea who you are with in regard to the families and friends of this tragedy. Who exactly in the general public are you speaking for and what is this change you’re expecting?Im with the families, friends and general public who let it be known to the Prime-minister their feelings, that this has to stop and that the fear of punishment and consequences has eroded from our society.
He’s now in a position as leader of the elected, majority government to make a change or at least start the process.
For whats its worth, had it of been Sunak in that position today, I think i’d been a whole lot worse.
I get the feeling people are fed up / frustrated with politicians and people in high office turning up, laying flowers and speaking to the cameras about what tragedy has unfolded, offering condolences.
Action speak louder then words.
hot summers night, tensions high, far right exploiting grief.Police van now on fire
