why do you think that not being able to take out a massive loan because you cannot afford it is wrong?

that is what caused sub prime not Mrs Thatch like some of the Rik from the Younbg Ones on here think.

Owning a house is not some sort of fundamental right of all Englishmen. When was it supposed to be? It cracks me up this place. Soft southern interpretations of left wing politics which involve dumping immigrants on other peoples communities and the 'right' to make a massive profit speculating on property. Hilarious.

People miss the boat in life. Sometimes the boat comes back. Moaning because you miss out on easy money any thicky can get, does not mean it is 'unfair'.

I didnt say it was a right. I said that I think it is wrong that someone who earns above average wages cannot afford a small flat.

These guys have not 'missed the boat', they both worked hard at their education and both have decent jobs and they still do not have enough to be able to buy.

If you work your way into a position of above average wages then surely there should be some reward? And housing is fundamental to the Brit lifestyle. Otherwise what's the point.

sounds very much like you do think it is a right for them.

Tough f***ing luck. If they do earn above and they have not bought a house then they have spent the money elsewhere. Thats their lookout.move somewhere cheap and start building up the equity. Thats what first timers do, its very simple. what you mean is they cannot afford WHERE THEY WANT. very different.

I want a helicopter and have worked very hard indeed. Where the f*** is mine?

The whiole point of a free market is no one holds your hand for you. sounds like they think someone should.

and yours is to put up pictures of women from FHM and tell us when you are fourth cyberman from the left. neither of us are excelling ourselves are we.

Yes, very good. I doubt I could afford to make a living out of my work if I was playing parts like that. In fact I have never posted about any acting roles I get on here. I have given 2 bits of personal information in my entire time on here. One that I act for a living and two that for 6 months 4 years ago I had a 2nd job cleaning. You however, reveal a bit more of yourself with each passing post.

It is a testament to your intellect that you choose to make jokes about the same thing for years on end.

Now, shall we let the bigots have their thread back?

The housing market goes up and down on roughly an 18 year cycle. When its on a high, everyone for some reason thinks it will remain high forever and smuggly suggest that every non-owner has 'missed the boat'. Its a pain that the cycle is so damn long as the history gets forgotten. We've just had the biggest 'up' (bubble) in history, but no amount of fiddling in terms of interest rates and QE (printing money) changes the fact that the market will return to the long term average. This fiddling has lead to a slight upturn in time for the election, but it is only a temporary blip in the downward trend.

Nibble, wearing a chicken suit as part of a KFC promotion in churchill square , and then claiming you have an "acting" career is deluded

Oh right, can you tell me when I did that please? Only I don't remember it and I certainly never got paid for it so if you could provide me with the dates I dressed as a chicken I'd be grateful.

Yes, quite. Now f*** off child.

I imagine that will be a useful anecdote for Jonathan Ross's programme one day, when the big time beckons.

That's funny cos I spent most of last year on film sets earning more money in a week than you pair of clownshoes earn in a year so I find it hard to believe I would have found the time to dress as a chicken.

Oooohhh , your "artistic" temperament is so unpredictable , how did you manage to stay cool inside that chicken costume ? That, for me, symbolises your devotion to your "art" :lolol:

I don't know Bushy, how do you manage to keep your cool and sleep at night knowing you are a highwayman working for the biggest rip off company in Uk, one that has systematicaly raped vulnerable people of their life savings, whilst feeding the public a bunch of lies and spending £250 a head on the staff parties funded by stealing from customers? Bet that's a great feeling.
