Well he was apologetic to other fans maybe he said who it was in relation to him.

Can you still do a citizens arrest? I always remember that was the running joke at school when I was a kid. Could we arrest him if we saw him at the amex lol ?

(Although these days if you did that you would probably end up being the one who gets arrested!)
