Brighton factually.....
All of the above plus

4-4 draw v Colchester at Gillingham- Paul Emblem hat trick

All of the home games in the run in of the last season at the Goldstone
That was such a frustrating game, were we not 3-0 down and dragged it back to 3-3 and then they took the lead again making it 4-3 to them, I was so pissed off when they scored, I remember thinking "I can't take much more of this, the journey, the squad, no ground" argh the whole thing was so depressing back then.

Albion's first league game back home at Withdean. Beautiful sunny day. Brighton-born Freeman hat-trick. Debuts for key players who'd bring us glory.

A special start on the journey to where we are now.

So many wonderful memories watching my club. And of course some shit ones

A random one that sticks in my head was a 3-3 with Bournemouth in the early mid 90s I guess. Ian Chapman, thundering an equaliser from range in front of the north stand

The last 5 to 10 years have also given us so much and we should never take them for granted. The Liverpool cup game with the late Mitoma goal and the 4-0 demolition of Man U stand apart for me. But we've had so many magical days recently

Three from the incredible 1990/91 season stick in my mind:

2-2 (A) v Liverpool - FA Cup 3rd round. Small & Byrne with the goals after 2 Ian Rush strikes. Stunning comeback against a side including Grobbelaar, Staunton, Burrows, Nicol, Barnes (still in Crumplin's pocket!), Molby, Rush and Beardsley. The replay at the Goldstone was memorable too although a 2-3 loss AET.
2-1 (H) v Ipswich Town - last match of the season. Dean Wilkins' last-gasp free kick to make the play-offs.
4-1 (H) v Millwall - play-off semi-final first leg after going 1-0 down.

For a bit of balance - the near scale riot after Darlington's 3-2 win at the Goldstone on Tuesday 3rd December 1997 in Jimmy Case's last game in charge.

All I can say is I'm glad the CCTV didn't appear to be working around the ground that evening. Everyone's patience snapped post-match. The lowest of lows at such a beautifully old fashioned stadium.

That Boxing Day game against Colchester(?) at Priestfield when we were 0-3 down at half time and got it back to 3-3 15 minutes later or whatever it was. A bizarre game between two truly awful teams. Think it finished 4-4 in the end. Certainly value for money for my £2 entry fee.

I would cite that as one of lowest points in our history, 92nd place, 8 points adrift with another 5 pending, Jimmy, a club legend, so far out of his depth it was painful.

I think that was also the game that Attilla discovered there was a Football League banned list of pre match tunes and ‘Anarchy in the UK’ was very much on it 😂

I will stand corrected but I believe Kent Police told him he could never play it again. 🙈

one of my first away games, PEAK HYPER TURQ, we started to see the brilliance of Caicedo, Trossard in the 90th and finished off the conquest of north london and a great sunburn as well.

I find VFM hard to quantify with football. There are hundreds of games that have entertained me, but for me football is more than just is what is happening on the pitch. It's a day out with my Dad, my boys and some mates. A chance to get away from the everyday humdrum, enjoy some beers (although I no longer drink), the result is almost secondary. Of course how you feel about the day will dictated to by the result, but even defeats build memories.

One of my favourite ever away trips was the 1-0 defeat to Northampton in Feb 2000, went on a mini bus with my brother and a load of his workmates and we had a fantastic day out. even if there is a pub in Newport Pagnell we can never go back to.

I can tell you one game I certainly didn't get value for money from (or even slightly entertained), it was a 0-0 draw with Grimsby in March 1988 and the dullest game I ever remember attending, I didn't even pay to get in and that was still too expensive.

Strangely enough, one I always come back to was a defeat - when we lost 3-2 to Wolves at the Goldstone in the FA Cup in January 1979.

Postponed midweek match, under floodlights in the snow. We were near the top of Div 2, Wolves were a decent top-flight team with lots of well-known players. Mark Lawrenson scored one of our greatest ever goals, going on a Beckenbauer-esque run the length of the pitch to score.

We absolutely battered them in the last 15 mins but just couldn't get an equaliser, their keeper (Paul Bradshaw) producing a string of miraculous saves.

It was a fantastic match and we didn't really care that much about being knocked out of the cup as that season was all about getting promotion (which of course we did).
