Are the Slade out camp thick or just don't listen?

I don't want the manager out yet, however i am slightly worried by the amount of money we have spent compared to our league position. Also before people start saying we still need to to gel rubbish, it is the same for the other teams.

Don't know this for sure, but were we not the biggest spenders in league 1 over the summer?

I'm afraid as our current position suggests, we're a side struggling to defend leads and yesterday was another prime example! Slade has in my eyes two games to get it right, or he will be shown the door. Bloom wants us in the Championship before we move into Falmer, and that aint going to happen under Slade. Tranmere and Wycombe got rid of their managers because of results and slipping into the bottom four, and I throughly expect Slade to go if we do NOT get anything against Gillingham on Tuesday and Tranmere on Saturday!

Bloom needs to get the cheque book out at the next transfer window and spend big - the Coxes, El-Abds and Gary Harts are not going to get us where we want to be FFS!!

If he's investing £90 million in the new stadium the acquisition of 3/4 new players in the circa £1m price bracket should not be too much of a hardship - we will need to be spending that to stay in the higher level (if we get there!)anyway!!
Liam Dickinson - £300k
Elliot Bennett - £200k (?)
Jake Wright - £150k
James Tunnicliffe - £130k
Gary Dicker - ?
Graeme Smith - Allegedly on very big wage
Arron Davies - On Forest wages (incidentally, no better than Cox)

Plus a few others. And that's just in the last transfer window, Bloom has put more money into the squad than most League One clubs have. I'm sure he will continue to do so, but I'm not sure he will accept bad performances/results for too long at that level of investment.

Only 2 of those , Bennett and Tunnicliffe, have improved on what we had

I do not believe that TB is naive enough to believe that if we are struggling to avoid relegation this season that we will suddenly turn around into an all conquering league winning team next.

I fully expect him to review the situation during December and that RS will be givena christmas present of either a P45 or transfer kitty for the January window.

I suspect it will be a P45 , an incoming manager will be given a transfer kitty to save us from going down this season. Rumours in Grimsby are that Mike Newell's position is precarious and that he is looking to move back down south to an up and coming ambitious club.

Well said. I agree with every word of that.
