Wouldn't mind having our current strikeforce as the pallbearers at my funeral.

Just so they can let me down one more time.

You think they’d find the opening then ?

I want a VAR-themed funeral.

Just toward the end of the service, the words, "Checking - possibly NOT dead" come up on a big screen and the vicar stands with his finger in his ear. Then after a minute he makes a rectangular-shaped motion with his hands and points towards the church yard and the big screen says "Check complete. DEAD" and everybody cheers.

Or something like that.

Despite replays clearly picking up banging from inside the coffin.

There is the Lee Mason version for a little extra.

The vicar says the benediction. There is banging in the coffin. A mourner remonstrates and the coffin opens to loud celebrations and applause. As the believed formerly deceased begins to get out of the coffin, the vicar checks the live video feed, takes out a metal stake and wacks the Lazarus on the head.

The funeral then proceeds as before.

To be fair, for those questioning 'waste of money' etc, for all Albion fans aside from the allowance/discount I make on each funeral I only charge an extra £200 on top of the traditional coffin.

Bit worried about the 'colours might be different' warning! Wouldn't want to be buried in red, or white with blue/red sash - or our (in)famous pink away colours....

Do they play Ring of Fire as it goes in the furnace?

Scarf-twirling optional.

At my Mother in Law’s funeral, the song they played while the curtain was closing was Smoke gets in your eyes, by the Platters.

Is it just me, but I find the idea of having people's pictures on a coffin somewhat disturbing. If I were one of the players involved I’d find it deeply disturbing.
