Out its the only realistic option for the good of the club. I have gone beyond caring who is right and who is wrong I just want my football club back. After these shenanigans the relation will be damaged beyond repair there will be mistrust and resentment somewhere in the club which will fester so for the good of the club ( the only thing that is important) and for Gus he has to leave.

He's toast. You can't not turn up to a disciplinary hearing and expect to retain any moral high ground. The club will fix a date in about 48 hours time and if he doesn't tun up then they'll have no option but to fire him.

If he then takes the club to court he first has to get over a huge hurdle and explain why he didn't turn up when he would have had his chance to put his side of things.

He should have turned up, said I don't agree with your decision and then taken the club to court.

Silly man, and unless there is some legal issue which none of us knows about - which i accept is possible - then he's also being badly advised.

How can anyone seriously vote 'in'? Even if you think he's a great manager, surely you have to see coming back from this would be an absolute disaster, both for the club and Gus himself? It is beyond belief that anybody who supports the Albion would want to see him in The Amex dugout in August.

Why? If he's a great manager then of course we want him the dugout. Kick Barber out instead, then that clash at the top of the club is over.
