Out its the only realistic option for the good of the club. I have gone beyond caring who is right and who is wrong I just want my football club back. After these shenanigans the relation will be damaged beyond repair there will be mistrust and resentment somewhere in the club which will fester so for the good of the club ( the only thing that is important) and for Gus he has to leave.

The most curious thing..
He's toast. You can't not turn up to a disciplinary hearing and expect to retain any moral high ground. The club will fix a date in about 48 hours time and if he doesn't tun up then they'll have no option but to fire him.

If he then takes the club to court he first has to get over a huge hurdle and explain why he didn't turn up when he would have had his chance to put his side of things.

He should have turned up, said I don't agree with your decision and then taken the club to court.

Silly man, and unless there is some legal issue which none of us knows about - which i accept is possible - then he's also being badly advised.
But we know why he didn't turn up - see LMA statement in other thread.

I was never against him staying but unfortunately the bridges have been burnt and there are too many people who hate him without actually knowing ANY of the facts of the investigation.

****** **** can stay the **** away from our club. Arrogant egotistical prick

You are wrong.

I think the bridges are burnt, but some people are being grossly unfair to mr Poyet. But don't let the facts of what has happened today, the LMA statement and so on, get in the way of your immovable prejudices.

How can anyone seriously vote 'in'? Even if you think he's a great manager, surely you have to see coming back from this would be an absolute disaster, both for the club and Gus himself? It is beyond belief that anybody who supports the Albion would want to see him in The Amex dugout in August.

Why? If he's a great manager then of course we want him the dugout. Kick Barber out instead, then that clash at the top of the club is over.

Because it is their choice and their personal opinion

The question was, "Poyet in or out" - not whether or not he was wanted in or out.

I just have the feeling that the board won't be able to make a case for dismissal.

I would prefer to see a different poll. Who do you trust Poyet or Barber?

The guy who tells it how it is in every interview or Mr Barber undoubtedly a very clever guy.
