But we know why he didn't turn up - see LMA statement in other thread. He's toast. You can't not turn up to a disciplinary hearing and expect to retain any moral high ground. The club will fix a date in about 48 hours time and if he doesn't tun up then they'll have no option but to fire him.
If he then takes the club to court he first has to get over a huge hurdle and explain why he didn't turn up when he would have had his chance to put his side of things.
He should have turned up, said I don't agree with your decision and then taken the club to court.
Silly man, and unless there is some legal issue which none of us knows about - which i accept is possible - then he's also being badly advised.
Up to 100 outs now only 16 per cent want him to stay
BHA FC not Poyet FC
Bha FC not Barber FC
...playing devils advocate, the same could be said of the opposite end on the argument too...... there are too many people who hate him without actually knowing ANY of the facts of the investigation.

****** **** can stay the **** away from our club. Arrogant egotistical prick
How can anyone seriously vote 'in'? Even if you think he's a great manager, surely you have to see coming back from this would be an absolute disaster, both for the club and Gus himself? It is beyond belief that anybody who supports the Albion would want to see him in The Amex dugout in August.

In, he has done nothing wrong.
