Adams NOT bringing the crowds back?

I for one cancelled my season ticket because I was disgusted at Dean Wilkins' treatment.

Pretty hypocritical isn't it-considering the role you had in the disgusting treatment of Mark McGhee on here which ultimately led to his dismissal?

I was quite happy with some of last years and when i applied for mine and my husbands tickets we were doing well - i can honestly say that i think we had a good season and when i left after the swansea game i was looking forward to this season

in seasons past i would be counting the days until the season started but things that have happened have ruined it for me - i'm sorry but i have no faith in what the board/Dick have done - if they can treat Dean Wilkins the way they have after everything that man has done for this club on and off the pitch for over 20 years then i don't trust a word they say anymore

Dean was accused of bad man-management - to me that appears only to be the players that he released - all the other players were shocked by what had happened and as for bringing Mayo and Hart back that is just the finishing touch !!!

I know that there is many of you that don't agree with me - but paying over £800 is a lot of money to me not to be happy about something

No-one apart from Dean himself knows what really happened. I agree he has been a fantastic servant to the club and i regret his leaving the club.
Again no-one apart from Dean and the board know all that went on so to not trust them when not in posession of 100% of the facts might be doing them a disservice.
Hart and Mayo were brought back by the new manager who was nothing to do with the way the board acted towards Dean so can't really blame them or Micky.

£800 is a lot of money but just take your seat, support our beautiful club and look forward to hopefully a promotion winning season

I fully understand what you are saying but i am certainly NOT doing any disservice to anyone on that board - the way i am is because of what i know and i am not going into that but Gary and Kerry did really need to go - that is not just my opinion it is that of many

Also don't you think we look stupid as a club for letting players go then bringing them back - anyone could see they had been at the club a long time and needed to go

" They way they have treated Wilkins ".

is this the same club that have employed him for 20 years and paid him a decent wage and given him loads of opportunities in the football World and offered him a new important role on good money ?.

You're not going to win this argument US. Despite the fact that BHADeb does not know exactly what went on, he/she is prepared to come to a definitive conclusion and stick vehemently to his/her under-informed position no matter what.

There's an agenda here - so I'd consider whether it's worth continuing to bang your head against that particular wall.

I think it's clear that BOTH parties have an agenda.

I think how we have played in the friendlies shows more than Adams first season in a league below 8 years ago. It seems pretty clear we want to play football to be honest.

Again really?

I have no problem with building from the back and grinding out results and from what I have seen in the friendlies, that is what we will do. The midfield lacks a central player that will get forward, so it looks like we will play very much in banks of 4, 4 and 2 and probably be a fairly physical side.

As I said, I have no problem with this, the game is ultimately about results, but for people to think we are going to get great attacking football, well they are fairly wide of the mark.

And also Adams then wanted to change attitudes and get the message to other Clubs that we were no longer a pushover. And that is why there seemed to be a punch-up every week. That should be different now - but who knows until we start.

I think we'll almost play a 4 2 2 2 with the wingers having a bit of creative freedom somewhere between the stirkers and Livermore and Thomson soaking everything up just in front of the back 4.

I think we will play football as appossed to hoofing the ball 50 yards to our strikers, I'd hope that means we should see some attacking football from out wide.

Time will tell though, as you say though as long as we get the results im not too worried how we play.

Who do we look stupid to? Other clubs and supporters couldn't care less, even if they know.

In any case, I buy my ticket to support BHA, not DK or DW or MA. Things will always happen in a football club that some fans don't like. I can agree or disagree with decisions that are made but it still remains MY club, for better or worse.

I can't imagine any circumstance, apart from personal finances, that would stop me renewing my season ticket. The only person to suffer from my non-renewal would be me!

Needed to go??? Why? As back up players on reduced wages I see no reason at all why they "need to go".

If Adams thinks they can add something to the squad that's good enough for me. The fact that Richards and Lynch are both struggling to be fit for Crewe points to the fact that signing a cheap, experienced player as cover was good business.

I don't understand how a supporter can cancel there season ticket just because their preferred manager has been replaced. Surely you support the club and get behind the team whoever is the manager?? DW was never going to stay forever.
