Anyone knows that Adams is as POPULAR as a dose of CLAP
Anyone told you, that you are like Chinese water torture?

I dont think I wll be too well liked if my 2 questions at the fans forum are:
"Who's decision was it to let Dean Wilkins decide the future of the 10 released players, and make him tell them they were unemployed, when it was quite clear that the wheels were in motion to get rid of the man himself"
and
"How many season tickets have we sold this year, and is it down on last season?"
Brett, can I suggest for your second question you soften the accusatory nature of it a bit and ask "How many season tickets have been sold so far, and how does that compare to last season?"
Well I've been told we've sold over 5000..
Well, there you go then! I'm only going by what i've been told, from a usually reliable source. Wouldn't be the first time he's been wrong though.
Either way, it seems hard to believe that a change of manager and 4 new players, one of whom is a previous player, could bring in 2000 more people, with 1500 of those paying full price.
IF that's true, then perhaps it does show the unpopularity of Wilkins!![]()
Or the popularity of Adams![]()
or more than likely the combination of the two.
That and the definate YES decision for the stadium and the new players have probably helped a small amount too
I doubt the 'YES' vote will make much difference to be honest, we're still talking about YEARS in the FUTURE.

3 pages to a serial bullshitter. when do people learn?
Only going by what i was told, and I did say it wasn't a 100% guarantee.

Brett,
This is good advice from KSA; there's no point in being seen as antagonistic. From memory, I think there were 3092 Gold members (= STH's) last season; the figures are on Ask the Club somewhere but I can't find Insiders post at the minute.
I think pretty much every year the club says season ticket sales look like being up.
Don't see why they would suddenly change tactic in the year the sacked a decent manager to try and tempt people back...
I expect attendances to be roughly the same if not lower - especially if we don't start well. Withdean fatigue and a fear of the credit crunch will no doubt play a part.
I for one cancelled my season ticket because I was disgusted at Dean Wilkins' treatment.
Just out of interest when did you cancel yours because i wasn't able too
