Good book, does anyone know where the pictures of the lads modelling the 80s gear at the front of the book is taken? looks
like a road near Eastern Rd Brighton. Not the front cover.

Maybe cheap now, but my mother (god rest) paid £70 back then for a white n blue jobbie for a Xmas present for me. Let's be honest, £70 for a jumper ain't cheap now.

bloke i know got banged up in Luxembourg for nicking an Armani jumper ,had it on when he went to court, all on the BBC/ITV news at the time

Cheap Pierre Cardin!!!!! Cough, splutter etc

There was a few chepos doing the rounds, they were white & blue with Pierre Cardin on the shoulder, not made of lambswool but polyester or similar.

jewellers were being ransacked, i think getting bird for nicking a jumper was really the least of their concerns but they had to be seen to be making an example
