It's not about watching their team. If you want to watch your team, go and support a local pub in the process. Or if you have to watch it at home, find one of the many moody TV links that everyone knows exists.
Don't give more money to Sky and encourage this daft price point/kick off time for years to come.

Well the Europa League was doing it before Lockdown, so yes. If people think the current 'normal' is just that then the TV companies will do whatever they can get away with. Beggar's belief that mugs actually seem to think this is acceptable

I know but it's water off a ducks back as far as I'm concerned. I've paid and I'll be watching with my daughter and brother so effectively a 5 each.
I suspect there are many who are whinging (not all but many) who already subscribe to Sky and in doing so are also effectively endorsing what they do.

I'm not defending Sky (or the price) but this isn't Sky profiteering. The profits are going to the clubs.
The last thing Sky want is a PPV service they make no money from attracting customers away from subscribers. Clearly that's why they have set the price so high.
Pressure came from the clubs and the government to make all games available, not Sky or BT.
I'm sure Paul Barber and all the other clubs CEO and chairman disagree with the price. Why Sky set it so high should be quite obvious.

I would of donated but I've chosen the football instead when I realised most of the donations to food banks are Fray Bentos cook in the tin steak and kidney pies .
