The truth is I was pretty much done in myself and glad of the company. With you not finding the route I got lost on the final loop I ended up following a corn field that fortunately bought me back to one of the footpath gates. I startled another runner by coming out of the field and I think he...
Took delivery of new head torch this morning so all set. Hamstring playing up again but hoping it will be ok if I stick to a lethargic pace. Should be fun, see you there
I'm running the Lunar-tic tonight. I signed up after watching Wales beat Belgium and thought I also could take on the world. Hamstring is really tight again after Phoenix but not racing this just going for the fun of it. Hope to see dazzer6666 and Pembury at the start.
He is bound to have attracted many clubs after last season. I'm fairly relaxed at Toulouse's interest as I can't see him going there. It's the premier league offers that could entice him away. Quality player we would do well to hold on to. Long contract left with us so tough to call
I'm feeling a bit cheated. Where's my bloody medal? Does it come in the post... Some kind of recognition for ruining an hour of my life surely. A rosette perhaps....
This is the one I'm looking forward to most, one off and looks a great route. Plus more my distance so opportunity to even the score if you enter.
Great running by all those who took part last night. Good to meet more nsc faces, shame I couldn't make the pub after.
May be too late but forerunner 610 on offer at sweatshop half price.

Phoenix will be my first 10k this year and the aim is sub 45 to complete the set. I have other 10k's planned but Phoenix is the flattest so best chance.

My theory is John snow is Robert Baratheon's love child. Targaryans always have blond hair, Baratheon's always dark. Ned looking out for his friends son and nephew without ever letting the secret out.
Agreed. The books followed the same pattern with the last 3 being a bit of a slog. Still good entertainment and well worth the watch.
Anyone else thinking John has some protective shield/ invincibility since being bought back. 2000 arrows and not a scratch
Had a great run this evening. Nothing to get excited about time wise but just enjoyed being out there on a stunning evening without any aches or pains. Managed to run under the canopy of trees that covers the old railway line which kept me in the shade but did mean I was hoovering up plenty of...
