It's all gone a bit BoJo tbh. Once this extension has been sorted, we can then arrange a GE, and when the Tories are kicked out, a new referendum to ensure we remain.
All good people, just wait and see.
Don't try to get home from London in peak hours with bloody suitcases. You might find it easier to just sit down, have a cup of tea, and wait until off-peak (after 0930). I have been travelling in London on the tube and trains for the past 26 years, and I have NEVER seen a "London c*nt" shove...
Blockade roads, glue yourself to the doors of big business, and chant outside parliament - fill your boots. Get in the way of a Londoner wanting to get to work - daft move.
Deserve all they get.
Sober October keeps on giving - 14 days without a beer now. I won't say it's getting any easier, although the AF ales and lagers help. Ship Full of IPA is my new favourite.
Onwards to the 31st, and we'll see what happens. Well done to all those and their giving up/abstinence - hats off to you...

So 3rd day in. Feeling quite positive. I've had 2 AF lagers (1 a day) which have helped, but the proof will be tonight - got a gig in Islington, and I usually do between 6-8 pints. My gig group know I'm doing Sober for October, and we're all pretty adult so should be supportive. Quite...
This is the first year since the iPhone 6s that I haven't upgraded. I have the iPhone Xs, and the 11 really doesn't do enough to warrant a further splurge. I shall keep this one and see about the new form factor next year.
About 9 years back I managed to do sober October, a full 31 days of no alcohol and I remember the fear of nearing the end of the month, and not wanting to drink again, knowing that I would pretty much fall back off the wagon which I did within a few early days of November. It's that fear that I...
