the plc did it before when it was sold off as a separate entity to the football club. only done what the rules allow, like el pres above says we would be pissed if we didn't do this. the rules need changed, can't blame clubs, leeds or anyone else, for finding the cracks in them.

definitely this season. the league high hob nobs were at elland road yesterday and confirmed it in black and white with yvonne thompson. the club were ready to do this on monday but were waiting on confirmation and a signed document from the league confirming -10 was this season.

don't be so sure that the money owed to people out of leeds fc up until now was to honest people. it was owed to the fcuking ****s that were screwing us over in the very recent past. aside from the customs dudes, the honest people already lost out when the plc went into admin and was dissolved...

That is exactly what happened when Leeds United PLC went into administration previously, the PLC went into admin, a new 'company' came in and took over the old contracts but not the PLC and so we carried on.
