    My tickets....

Yes, WSU is my ST but it's shared so I sometimes have to sit elsewhere. I've yet to graduate to bobble hat.

    John Templeman

John Templeman. The 'half time guest' is a great feature but it's a shame that, like so many, I tend to miss it during the half time mellee. However, it was great to see John Templeman at the Cardiff game even if it did bring home how time has moved on. I guess he must be retired now and it...

    My tickets....

I tend to go to West Stand Lower, towards the north end and this will be the bar nearest to you. Great meeting place after the game.

Was there an altercation after the game in the coach park area?

Apparently had to be carried onto the train after Donny, has had a few heavy days this week and I dread to think how he'll be tonight at the beer festival!

    Lewes economy post Amex opening

Economically it was a no brainer in that Lewes would gain a multi million £ satdium barely 10 mins away from them, loads of extra spending visitors and at no cost to Lewes at all. But then the yokel, little, Lewes council couldn't resist the chance to continue their jealous spite against...

    Wsl concourse toilets

Didn't they convert a Ladies to Gents in North Stand? Sounds like a good idea to me.

Any game, I'm lucky enough to always be there!

    Scummy students

And why do students have to stand at the front of buses? They prevent other people getting on and often there are many seats upstairs. More of a nuisanse when using the 23/25's to the Amex.

Was there an altercation after the game in the coach park area?

More backbone than the 47 on our coach at Liverpool when one of our number was left, forever wandering in a hostile northern City. That said, he was the only Albion fan out of thousands who was unable to locate the near 60 coaches/min-buses! (I was going to lead the protest but needed to get...

    My tickets....

What match are you doing? The nearest bar to that area is frequented by quite a few NSC's after the match so hang around and have a drink with us.

    Falmer School Walkway

Stayed for a pint, last night, then walked through 'scoomb down to Coldean Lane. Not many people about. People should not have any more fear in walking though this area as any other area in suburban Brighton. Maybe it's because I'm familiar to the area from my school days, but really, having...

What's the view on 'Plastic Brits' at the Olympics...

I wanna know how many of those who have bought tickets were there in 1948. Not many, I dare say. Bloody plastics, bloody JCL's

    Falmer School Walkway

Agree Steve, and hard to believe that, in this day & age, they've not considered wheelchair uses.

Phelim MacCafferty. New deputy leader of Brighton & Hove Council - It's a euphemism.

Liz Wakefield is the cllr who's name I now remember (It's an age thing). Yes I remember the Ping.

Her name escapes me just now but the tall woman with very long dark hair was born locally.

Phelim MacCafferty. New deputy leader of Brighton & Hove Council - It's a euphemism.

I thought this was a joke so I checked the Argas site. Sure it means nothing but didn't somebody say that only 2 Green Cllrs were born in the City? I doubt this chap came from 'scoomb or 'hawk, perhaps a trendy area closer to the coast of east Brighton. Wonder how long before people start...

    Honesty in Football

Today I saw a man mountain of a Newcastle player almost have his head decapitated by a vicious brush of an arm across his chest. It's a miricle he's not only still breathing but was also able to get up and continue with the game. What a guy!

Non Brightonians/ Non "Southerners" why do you support the Albion?

Brighton born & bred but fantastic thread and well done to all of you for supporting the Albion! A well known Albion fan and pub traveller was in Kent a week or so back and found a little place called Merstham (?) and he was amazed to see an Albion flag flying there.
