Genuine question - for a foul, is it the point of contact that counts? or is it the position of the attacking player, i.e. the same criteria that is used for an offside. If its the latter, it is a penalty as t-shirt line on the arm is in the area. I'm sure for the Lalllana/Kane one a while...
