Personally thought GM was the reason Bournemouth gained the confidence to stay up by single-handedly pinning teams back. He's an incredible physical presence and far quicker and more technical than folk give him credit for.

Firstly, I have heard on the grapevine that Claire Balding does an astonishing amount of preparation to make things look natural. She is amazing. The big pleasant surprise is Chappers. He is really very good for someone who's moved from radio to TV. Very natural and quick to the point. I like him.

I haven't posted on here for ages but love my swimming. I swim maybe two or three times a week and have done probably for about 15 years mainly because of a dodgy knee that has subsequently got better through cycling. I am now a lot better than I was even 3 years ago from doing lots of drills...

It's a really nice city and there were some cracking restaurants up near U Street from memory. The Phillips Collection is probably the best private collection of art I've seen. It's well worth a visit and takes you slightly off the Smithsonian beaten track which is refreshing.
