Twister - has everything. Completely formulaic, lead character lost her father to a tornado as a child and becomes a storm chaser, main couple fall back in love again, bad guy gets his comeuppance by being eaten by a tornado. Wonderful stuff.
Even has a Van Halen sound track.
His finishing is shocking! Great player but he used to bang them away for Liverpool and Southampton. I seem to remember him scoring against us once. I don't know what we do to our midfielders to beat their shooting ability out of them.
No clues there...
1. His mind was on his scoring stats and his goal bonus (if such a thing exists)
2. No player on the pitch could possibly know the full details - var decisions tend to get begrudgingly accepted on the pitch.
If you're going to have var, it has to be forensic for an offside...
Well your blue and white tinted glasses must work better than mine. I cant tell whether it touches or bounces over his foot. It doesn't seem to alter the direction of the ball.
I cant see any touch by Antonio - he didnt make a play for the ball either so don't see why he would be active - maybe by virtue of being so close to it?
No foul on Lallana for me - there's always pushing and shoving as the corner is taken, and if the shoved player decides to throw himself to...
Surely, under the current regime, the lino should have let play continue and then raise the flag for offside after the move was over.
Presumably then, assuming the above is true, the lino genuinely thought it was not offside. He was wrong obviously, but mistakes happen, and we don't want var...
There is no 'player safety element'. That has been spouted by a few idiot commentators and pundits - its completely nonsensical. If play continues, someone might break their leg. If flagged offside - play would resume and someone might break their leg.
I was working in Brussels for a while. They pipe music through the whole underground system. Returning late one night after an excellent night on the beer, I was the only one to get off at a particularly cavernous underground station - and they had this playing, cranked right up. Sounded...
Interested by this. If you google around on this topic, all the information out there seems to indicate that Amex charge the highest fees and this is the reason that many merchants choose not to accept them. So either:
- you are right, and Amex have a real image problem that that they need to...
Surprised Callum Wilson didnt move heaven and earth to get back on his feet after the trip - he was still the closest to the ball and could still have scored.
