[Cricket] Sussex CCC - 2023 Season Edition

Does seem to be a very strange decision to bat if the conditions are as they seem.

[TV] Sky Stream or Sky Q?

Very much this - it's worth taking time to do the dance with them, tell them you are not happy and want to start the cancellation process, speak to the retention team who will come back with an offer which is usually much better but often you can squeeze a little more out. Make sure you speak...

[Drinking] Alcoholic/like a beer or two too much?

I guess the litmus test here is whether you sent back the Estrella or decided to drink it anyway.

[Drinking] Alcoholic/like a beer or two too much?

Wisebartender also seem to have a pretty good range - https://wisebartender.co.uk/ I have been trying different teas from Bird & Blend as their main distribution unit is just around the corner from me and they have a shop there. They have outlet in North Laine and on the seafront. They have...

    [Food] Worthing cafes / restaurants?

Thieves is a fairly standard large town centre pub with big TVs showing sport. Not my thing so I avoid it at night but seems to have a fairly decent daytime trade at weekends when I walk past.

It's nearly four years since I stopped drinking and I don't miss it. I went on a cruise recently and was impressed at the amount no / low alcohol options there were this year compared with a few years ago. The bill for my tea bags has gone up a bit though. I have started experimenting with...

    [Food] Worthing cafes / restaurants?

The gelato from gLite is very good. They make it in house and they are always trying out different flavours. As for Perch, I've not tried the end of the pier one but I feel the Lancing one has gone down hill since they started expanding their venues.

    [Other Sport] P-two-lace? P-tiace?

Former colleague had one on his new car and kept going on about it. He drove into the town centre at lunchtime and came back absolutely fuming as he had been stopped by the police about his number plate. Originally thought they might be querying the spacing until they pointed out something...

    [Albion] Carl Rushworth

Was rumoured a few days ago but nothing seen yet. Maybe RDZ wants to have a closer look at him on the US tour before deciding?

    [Food] Worthing cafes / restaurants?

The compass bus 8 or 8A pass by the entrance to the car park at the Bluebird. Not the most direct bus from the town centre as it meanders through residential areas of Goring and Ferring to pick up the pensioners who can't walk far enough to get the 700. If don't have a bus pass then you might...

Those boxes marked 'Lilac' which were shared a while ago would appear to be the training tops for the Women's team going by photos in the last couple of days.
