Isn't that standard? I'm sure my TV only came with a one year warranty, but it's still going years later.
There's a big difference between being able to expect it to last five years in practice (which I think I can), and the manufacturer being legally liable if it doesn't.
Hi all - I am sorry if this has been covered somewhere in the pages so far...
Just wondering if any of you can recommend any online photography courses as being worth investing in? I want to get better and thought a set course would do much more for than just reading books, especially if...
Have you actually clicked on the link to that manufacturing output story? The full story is full of statistics from the latest ONS report, and the manufacturing one is the only positive one.
Typical bloody BBC, ignoring the downsides of what's happening to the economy and cherry-picking the...
Not sure which clues you've already had but...
- EDIT - Sorry, wrong poster! :lolol: The wanted poster is not a pun really, just who is the guy in the poster (zoom in) and where did he live?
- Who is holding the Caster? Not his name, but he is the.........
- The 'rats' are a clue, but they're...
JJJJS has kindly pointed me in the direction of the wolves... the next hour of my life will be spent staring at that tiny area of my screen (I've got the actual wolves :lolol:)
Thanks - got the second one, but can't get it to accept either Roofley FC or Shedley FC...
(EDIT - got there now... so up to 49 and can't even work out where the 50th clue is)
Maybe Mounie was known to the club, and they thought (or still think) that he isn't up to the task in the Premier League? Just because Huddersfield splashed out on him doesn't mean he's proven he's worth it yet; Huddersfield fans might as well complain they didn't spot Izquierdo before we did...
But what loan option? I get the impression that by the time we got to yesterday (especially by the time we signed Krul) that looking for new names had long stopped; we had the list and we were working down it - and everyone on it was a permanent target.
I don't think that would have been an option - the deal notice (to get the 2 hour extension) was sent through with terms agreed with Spurs - a loan deal would be a different deal and so wouldn't be available after 11pm?
It's not like TB & PB would have been unaware of the rule. They used it on Krul because all the remaining striker targets were permanent signing targets and they were fully focused on those; it's not like they could have gone after a loan signing after the last of these (Janssen) fell through...
Somewhere on here before the season started, somebody put together a list of targeted points game-by-game to get us to the target of 40 - based very simply I think on losing every game against the top 9, then drawing away at 10-19 and winning at home v 10-19.
I remember it predicted one point...
Less than half the people posting so far have included Izzy Brown with even a single goal... I'll go for:
Brown 9
Murray 6
Izquierdo 6
Knockaert 6
Propper 5
Hemed 4
Gross 3
March 3
Stephens 1
Duffy 1
Dunk 1
Total 45. Optimistic? Yeah, maybe a bit...
Nobody is suggesting Izzy Brown is going to score a hat-trick at Old Trafford, but he might well score at home to (teams like) West Brom. Comparing him to Adam Virgo (as a striker) is just about on a par with comparing Ahmed Hegazi to Sammy Igoe.
Stoke finished 13th last year, and their top...
I don't want us to play too defensive all season any more than anyone else, but I don't think the tactics in either of those games say much about the rest of the season. Even against 11 men at Watford we were going forward and creating a lot of chances, just slot Izzy into that setup somewhere
