It's the kind of game, really, where you need 2 up front.
West Brom will be SO organised, and have a solid back 4, I really don't see Hemed or whoever plays up front getting much change out of Evans and Dawson, as well as Barry sitting deep.
Just had a look at their suggested team and they...
£13.5m seems crazy money, even these days. He's had half a good season in the Championship, and has 1 in 5 this term.
Britt Assombalonga is of similar age and has a far better record at that level, and the Nottingham press reported that the fee for him was just over £10m with the rest made up...
Brighton fans were paying more than any other fans for the last few seasons in the Championship. Our fans didn't expect us to win the league, and walk out when we didn't.
They've finished 4th, 3rd, 2nd, and 5th in the last 4 seasons. And won 3 FA Cups.
They haven't won the league, but its not...
It's all relative isn't it.
A 'disaster' for us is our ground being sold from beneath us, and fans doing all they did to keep us in existence whilst scrapping at the bottom of the football league.
A 'disaster' for Arsenal fans is 2 FA Cups in the last few years but dropping out of the...
Watched the last 20.
Were very unlucky not to win it from what I saw. Were put through 1 on 1 and linesman (wrongly) pulled it back for offside, but he'd rounded the keeper easily. Same lad hit the post as well. Great watch.
Leave Skalak out, and go for Cheick Diabate who's available on a free. 1 in 2 record in Ligue 1 so has a decent pedigree, and 6'4 so can play up top on his own.
We need a striker more than we need an average winger. Nothing against Skalak, his attitude is spot on, but he's surplus to...
The one position we needed most (arguably 2), was a striker.
The fact we are now down to the idea that we 'could' sign one, with hours left, is an absolute joke.
Not rewriting anything, they are facts.
He scored 17 in his first season, and 13 last season (15 including the cup) despite only playing 33 games.
Before that he scored 8 and 11 goals in La Liga. All facts, regardless of whether or not people moan about him, he's a good championship striker.
A player who in both seasons with us, has averaged just short of 1 in 2.
He's good for 15-20 goals a season, and clubs are desperate for those players. If you think he's worth £2m or less, thank god you are nowhere near our decision makers.
People have earnt the points they are on, by going to games.
They should have every right to access tickets before those who have less points, and fancy going to Arsenal and West Ham away.
If people lower down the list are really that keen to move up, they will have to do games like Barnet...
We've been told for the last few days/weeks we desperately want 2.
If we get them, Hemed is free to leave. Problem is, we seem to be having all of our bids rejected, so whether we get 2 is up in the air....
Absolutely.
But what on earth do the club do? They have allocated tickets as fairly as possible. Someone who wants to just go to a few local games will not be able to buy a ticket until those who do a far wider range of games have decided on whether they want to go or not.
As fair as it can be.
Well judging from the tickets he's after, he wants relatively local games. The people who got tickets have the most loyalty points. I don't understand how the club could allocate them more fairly.
Either that or it would've been empty.
I know a number of others who have done the same, as they dont want to spend their holiday waiting for the ticket exchange.
At least someone (a proper fan) gets to enjoy the game who otherwise wouldn't.
