[Sussex] Most irritating estate agents - Brand Vaughn

I've been amazed at how bad one of Mishon Mackays agent's has been, having viewed a flat with them. He was arguably the main factor which put me off making an offer. Especially given how long he's supposedly been doing the job.

    [Albion] More Dunk BS

Have a look on their forum. The general consensus is that the dildo brothers won't stump up the cash for transfers and are going to do things on the cheap (Hugill, as an example). We wouldn't sell for less than £25m (IMO), and I can't see them paying that. Someone like Everton, Leicester (if...

[Albion] Stoke, Southampton, Swansea & Huddersfield. Remaining Fixtures.

Agreed, but I think United were pretty lethargic (I know, they still won). United seemed to approach it like a nothing game, which it kind of was. I just personally fancy Huddersfield to get something last game of the season.

[Albion] Stoke, Southampton, Swansea & Huddersfield. Remaining Fixtures.

Still convinced Huddersfield will beat Arsenal at home. Last game of the season at home to stay up, place will be rocking. Arsenal are dire on the road at the moment, and although I get the sentiment of Wenger's last ever game, I just don't think *THIS* Arsenal team have the character.

Just added mine, back row of North.

[Albion] Leicester Game - 60 new tickets released!

GOM I'm about to put on a ticket for the back row of the North Stand. I'll PM you when it's on (first time using the exchange so may take me a while).

    [Albion] Xherdan Shaqiri

No chance. Every team outside the top 4/5 would be interested, and he's on £65k a week already - i'd imagine he'd want a hefty chunk more if he was to move too.

[Albion] ESU and WSU open for Coventry game

It is Half Term for many. I appreciate it's not quite the same as August, but all 3 of us are away Skiing, and I know a couple of other people near us in the North are away.

[Albion] Emiliano Sala [signed by Cardiff, confirmed to have been on missing aircraft]

Naylor says not true. Although who's to say we aren't denying it having been rejected to save face.

[Albion] 2018/19 Season Ticket Renewals and Prices

Apologies, stand corrected. So it was more like a 25% increase on the 'per match' price.

[Albion] 2018/19 Season Ticket Renewals and Prices

Yes, but with 4 less games it was effectively a 20% increase.

    [Albion] B'muff's second goal

No, but it does seem rather silly that after 2 games in 3 days, we don't make the most of the fact you are allowed 3 subs. The only real sub we made was enforced, Bruno for Schelotto. There were players out there on their feet, and we were reluctant to change it. Players like Kayal have proved...

[Albion] The Official Realistic Transfer Targets Thread

Oumar Niasse has arguably been the most impressive of all the strikers we've been linked with this season. I'd imagine he's still more than realistic, with Everton signing Tosun for £25m and having Calvert Lewin/Sandro.

[Albion] Newcastle United vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

I agree with the majority, but I honestly don't think any new striker would've made any difference at all today. The service put in to Murray and Hemed was awful, as it has been the last few weeks. We just seem to lack any form of creativity going forward.

[Albion] Newcastle United vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

Newcastle were there for the taking, which makes it frustrating. A point is a point though I suppose. However we could carry on playing all evening and we still wouldn't have scored, no striker in the world would've made much difference today.

[Travel] How are you getting to Chelsea?

Likewise. Apologies, all I was trying to say was that it's probably not worth paying for Westfield/ParkOnMyDrive, when you can park for free closer in a permit/pay and display bay. All of Kensington and Chelsea, and all bar 2 zones in Hammersmith and Fulham are free for any permit/pay and...

[Travel] How are you getting to Chelsea?

All of the parking (both permit and pay and display) by the ground is free on Boxing Day in Kensington and Chelsea, so don't understand why you would pay for a space 2 miles away. Bound to be a permit holders space closer than that (and free)
