Sat 6th Nov, 34 years being an Albion fan

I know that I started following the Albion from the season before that, as I can remember us not being promoted but going up the following year. Oddly my first proper game was Arsenal versus Chelsea, which wasn't until Easter 79, as my parents didn't want me going to watch Brighton because of...

    Gus Poyet numberplate

...he can do that as Albion manager, when we play them in Europe!

    Famous Brighton Fans

Annie Nightingale the R1 DJ used to go on about the Albion...when we were still good, before we became crap, then good, then crap again...think that she lived in Hove, wonder if her interest will be re-ignited now that we're f*****g brilliant!

Billionaire to help non league club

I reckon they will just about double their electricity bill just to power the flipping thing...maybe his £30k would have been better spent upgrading the facilities at the ground so they can move up a couple of divisions. What is the betting that it comes with an American plug and runs off 110v?

Charlton Fans Blog that says it all

Very well written, I particularly liked this bit: Brighton were the best team I saw at the Valley last season (including promoted Norwich and Leeds). The bad news for Charlton was that they had improved. They had improved a lot. There were some other bits that sounded good, especially the...

    FA Cup progress

This sounds like the most reasonable wish here, a day out at a Premiership club would be fun, but maybe a game against a club somewhere around the middle of the Championship would be more benefit in the long run to see how well the team might stand up against someone from the next level...

    Any Trick or Treaters yet?

About five minutes ago...two adults and a small child...the woman had an American accent, which is certainly unusual in these parts and the bloke looked like the phantom of the opera.

The official Peterborough video and picture thread (multiple threads merged)

Add to that the fact that it looked like everyone was singing...I wonder if that idea could catch on at Withdean.

    promoted! when?

I agree about putting things in perspective...but in the last two weeks the Albion have beaten teams from top six by four and three to nil...away from home. I get the feeling that some time soon we will annihilate someone, and by that I mean an eight or nine goal humiliation.

    Eight Points!

That really puts it into perspective...one club fighting to be champions, the rest trying to avoid relegation!

    Peterboro v Albion 6 Apr 2002 - VIDEO

That was brilliant, thank you very much...hopefully someone can post footage after the game today, would be nice to see what the terrace end in full voice sounds like from the seats...just to give an impression of how loud it will sound to the rest of the ground.

    Attacked

I went to the doctor complaining of feeling pale. He pressed a bell, the door opened, and in rushed Ken Dodd. Five minutes later I was tickled pink.

    Albion fans spotted abroad

Met a couple from Brighton in the rest hut on the final climb to the summit of Mt Kinabalu in Sabah...though none of us were wearing the stripes at the time as it was absolutely freezing. At the time of the Hereford game I was living in Canada, after the final score I popped out to the...
